  • Orders are subject to restaurant/store acceptance and rider availability.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery location and contact details.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices, delivery fees, taxes, and service charges are shown at checkout.
  • Payments may be processed via approved gateways and methods available in-app.
  • Refunds or adjustments are governed by applicable SAMBARA policies and case review.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on order stage, partner policies, and service conditions. SAMBARA reserves the right to review and decide cases fairly.

6. Platform Conduct

  • Users must not misuse the platform, manipulate pricing, or harass partners/staff.
  • Any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity may lead to account restriction and legal action.

7. Partner and Rider Responsibilities

Restaurant, store, and rider partners are responsible for service quality, lawful operations, and compliance with applicable regulations and platform guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

SAMBARA provides services on a best-effort basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, outages, or third-party actions beyond reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All SAMBARA brand elements, platform content, and technology assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Framework

These terms are intended to align with applicable laws and regulatory requirements in Nepal. Additional operational policies may apply.
