SAMBARA provides delivery and logistics support across available service zones in Nepal. Delivery availability depends on zone coverage, partner operating hours, rider capacity, weather, traffic, and order type.
Delivery Coverage
Customers can order from restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, shops, parcel services, and rentals where those services are active in their selected zone.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are shown during ordering and may change due to preparation time, road conditions, high demand, or unavoidable delays.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate address, phone number, and map location.
- Be available to receive the order at the delivery point.
- Check delivered items promptly and report concerns through support.
Partner and Rider Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for preparing items correctly and safely. Riders are responsible for careful pickup, transport, and delivery according to Sambara operating standards.
