Cancellation Policy

SAMBARA supports fair cancellation rules based on order stage, partner preparation, rider assignment, and service type.

Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel eligible orders before acceptance, preparation, or dispatch. Once a restaurant, shop, pharmacy, or service partner starts preparing the order, cancellation may be limited or unavailable.

Partner or Platform Cancellation

SAMBARA or a partner may cancel an order if items are unavailable, payment fails, the delivery location is outside service coverage, the customer is unreachable, or safety/operational concerns arise.

Parcel and Rental Cancellations

Parcel and rental cancellation eligibility depends on pickup status, driver/rider assignment, distance, and service preparation.

Refund Connection

If a cancelled order is eligible for refund, it will be processed according to Sambara's Refund Policy.
